I came here on a Monday morning shortly after 6 AM in July 2019. This location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the Ballston metro station. However, it is very small, with just a few tables/seats. Because I was there so early, I was able to get a table quite easily, but I imagine it would be a lot harder later in the day, and it's just such a small space overall. This Starbucks also wasn't very clean, especially given how early it was, since customers hadn't really even had the chance to dirty the place up yet.
I got a grande nitro cold brew, which was fine and met my expectations. The wifi also worked fine. I used the bathroom right before I left; although the doors have keypads, they're not actually passcode-protected so you can go right in. They weren't very clean either.
Overall, this is a convenient location but there's plenty of other places nearby with wifi and coffee, so unless you absolutely need coffee at 5 in the morning, I'd wait for the other places to open up instead. -

Yooooooo this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I almost don't believe it's a Starbucks and they're just stealing their signage.
Cons:
1. Nothing is clean. The bathroom is disgusting. Gas station on a back road disgusting.
2. They're slow. Like snail pace slow.

Very very very slow.....unless you have a lot of time, I wouldn't visit. Staff is coughing in their arms and the management doesn't seem to care and does not assist when a lot of people show up. Also the tables are filthy...,

Mistakes made on multiple orders, staffers working with colds/illness. Cannot say I am in a hurry to return. Others also seemed to realize this is more than just an off day for the staff there.

This Starbucks is pretty much my go to when I need a pick me up. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick and easy. It's located right near the Ballston metro station. You can access it via the mall or walking via Stuart.
